Our Hanhala

The people behind Yeshivas Chayeinu — and the mosdos standing behind them.

Rabbi Shlomo Feldman

Founder & Rosh Yeshiva

Rabbi Feldman believes every person needs someone in their life who truly sees them and accepts them — and that this is never more true than for a bochur navigating the challenges of being a teenager. His own Mashpia was exactly that for him throughout his personal journey, and it's what set the course for his life's work: two years as a Shliach in Achei Tmimim, where he had learned as a bochur; three summers as Founder and Director of Yeshivas Kayitz Cozumel; and the past two years as Mashpia at B'nei Aliya. At every stop, the throughline has been the same — building real, personal connections with bochurim, and seeing and accepting them for who they are. Yeshivas Chayeinu is where he's bringing that all together.

A Note to Parents

In Rabbi Feldman's own words.

I believe everyone needs a person in their life who can truly see and accept them — and how much more so a bochur navigating the challenges of being a teenager. My own Mashpia was that person for me, and he's been there for me throughout my journey ever since. That's what I want to be for your son.

I know how much trust it takes to hand your son's yeshiva years over to someone new. I don't take that lightly. My job isn't to fit him into a mold — it's to see him for who he is, and walk with him from there.
